• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship directly from our international fulfillment centers (via Zendrop) to the USA and Europe.

• United States: 7 to 15 business days.

• Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 8 to 18 business days.

• Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Customs clearance, weather delays, or peak seasons (like Christmas) may slightly affect delivery speeds.

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• You can track your package directly through our website or via global tracking platforms using the provided code. It may take 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Gathima is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
